University of Kansas Jayhawks High School One-Day Elite Football Camp

The University of Kansas Jayhawks High School One-Day Elite Football Camp is inviting all boys in grade 9 to grade 12 who desire to take their game to the next level. The training program aims at helping the players master the fundamentals skills of football. Instructions include position-specific and team concepts. Moreover, this high-level football camp is going to take place at the state of the art Anderson Family Football Complex. The camp registration fee is $50 per player. The training program is going to fall on the 26th of July.

Furthermore, this training program will be under the supervision of the University of Kansas Jayhawks college football coaching staff. It is important to note that this is a non-contact training program so helmets and shoulder pads are not needed.

University of Kansas Jayhawks High School One-Day Elite Football Camp Organizers

The head coach of the University of Kansas Jayhawks football team is Les Miles. The 2019 season will be his first season at the helm of the Jayhawks college football program. Coach Les Miles is a degree in economics graduate from the University of Michigan. Prior to Kansas, Coach Les Miles was head coaching the Louisiana State University Sycamores. He was able to lead the Sycamores into two SEC titles.

The Jayhawks assistant coaches are Clint Bowen and Kwahn Drake. Coach Bowen is working primarily as the team’s Safeties Coach. The Lawrence, Kansas native, is now entering his seventh season with the coaching staff. He is an alumnus of the University of Kansas. On the other hand, Coach Kwahn Drake is at the same time working as the team’s Defensive Run Game Coordinator and Defensive Line Coach. He is a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration graduate from Nicholls State University. Coach Drake completed his master’s degree in Liberal Arts from Tulane University.
