The Grand Valley State University Lakers Seniors One-Day Football Camp is a high-level football training program that will run from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM on the 10th of July. This single-day event is inviting all high school seniors who aspire to play football at the college level. It is going to take place at the scenic Grand Valley State University campus in Detroit, Michigan. Furthermore, this football camp will cover individual skill and technique drills, competitions, and performance evaluation. The camp pre-registration fee is $50 per player while the walk-up registration fee is $60 per player. This registration fee includes a free camp t-shirt.

In addition, this training program will be under the supervision of the Grand Valley State University Lakers college football coaching staff. Please note that this is a non-contact camp so helmets and shoulder pads are not necessary.

The Head Coach of the Grand Valley State University Lakers football team is Matt Mitchell. He is now entering his ninth season at the helm of the Lakers football program. Coach Matt Mitchell is a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Secondary Education graduate from Cornell (Iowa) College. Additionally, Coach Mitchell is the 2007 Football Quarterly Division II Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year.
